When Did Police Become Profane Gang-Bangers?

Recently released video captured by Fullerton, California surveillance cameras last July 5, shows officer Manuel Ramos, an exceptionally well-fed Fullerton, California police officer, assailing Kelly Thomas ? a much smaller homeless, schizophrenic man ? with profane abuse, eventually snapping on latex gloves and threatening to ?f** you up.?

Contrary to the much-repeated claims of the Fullerton Police Department, Thomas at no point presented a threat to anyone, especially the girthy, heavily armed Ramos whose voice and mannerisms were those of a sadistic bully. He also emits a steady stream of profane abuse that is more typical of a high school thug than an adult peace officer: He order Kelly to get on his ?f**king knees; after he is joined by several other cops who beat and taser Kelly, he orders the victim to put his hands behind his ?f**kig back.?

There are countless examples of the vituperative use of that vulgar term ? and similar profane expressions -- by police officers beating and otherwise abusing helpless, unarmed citizens, often on the thinnest of pretexts. Likewise, it has become common for police to display elaborate gang tattoos and exhibit the behavior of gangbangers.

How long will we endure this from people who supposedly are paid to protect us?

Let us take back the liberty wherewith Christ has made us free.
